Meet Our Team

Gioia Attorneys was established in 2016 by Eugenio Gioia who is the current proprietor and owner of the practice. Prior to establishing Gioia Attorneys Eugenio gathered commercial experience by working on the design and implementation of various private equity structures for an established private equity firm.

During this time Eugenio identified the need for advise relating to business structures and tax matters for small and medium sized enterprises. Gioia Attorneys was established as a result and now strives to be the legal services partner to its clients when dealing with all aspects of conducting successful business.

Eugenio is the proprietor and founder of Gioia Attorneys. He has a special interest in matters concerning small businesses. He is an admitted attorney and holds a Masters Degree in Tax Law.

3. Planning and Opinion on Matters Discussed

We provide the way forward on your commercial structure or asses your matter in order to institute  action.

4. Drafting

The papers are drafted with regards to the relevant matter and we circulate same for confirmation, comments and approval.

5. Closing Out

Your matter is finalised, whether by implementation of your commercial structure, transaction or finalising litigious matters.
